I have not yet published any part of the original Carter-Ruck letter of 27 August 2009 although I have given a summary of the McCanns' main demands in one or two places on the net.
To assist you, I will quote the relevant section of their letter verbatim and unedited from page 3 of their letter:

The purpose of this letter is to require you immediately to agree to desist from further pursuing this course of conduct [i.e. ALLEGATIONS THAT I HAD PURSUED A CAMPAIGN OF HARASSMENT AGAINST THE MCCANNS WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE PROTECTION FROM HARASSMENT ACT 1997] and in particular

Surely, The Protection from Harassment Act 1997 is a criminal matter, not a civil one. The McCanns are entitled to a Police investigation and subsequent laying of charges against Mr. Bennett and Ms Butler.
I'd also love to know what those two 'IN PARTICULAR' points relate to.
Anon, I would imagine those points (1) and (2) are definitely some thing he does not want his cronies to know, even now he is lying by omission, in fact Tony Bennett is one great big lying contradiction.
He honestly thinks he can write letters demanding things, it still has not penetrated his thick skull that it is game over and his little soiree is over.
I think Bennett and Butler are now being investigated as a criminal action.
I wonder when they will tell everyone that they have both been served writs?
And he is still at it.
Hiding most of the correspondence from the sheeples. Drip feeding what he wants them to know, and as always cherry picking quotes to prove what he wants, regardless of the context, or the truth.
There is no need to publish the letters in full, but there is nothing wrong with being upfront and giving the full and complete version of what the demands are. After all, potentially, there are a number of others that could be affected by Bennett's action in regards to these demands.
I wonder what he will post after he receives the writ.
Has anyone else wondered why this sad sorry saga is being played out on public forums. Does he think it is some sort of game? Its no game, it is serious, and its about time that Bennett, Butler and the cohorts started to take it seriously. The consequences could be enormous.
Hope Amaral purchased a diamond earing as it may be part of the settlement he has to make to the McCanns....
Oh, and Iron - who is always trying to get publicity but your bud Amaral? Examples: when the McCanns were INVITED to Oprah - who made noise about wanting to be invited? Amaral is the one who is worried about being forgotten - but he need not worry - no one will forget the lousy investigative job he did in Johana's case as well as Madeleine.

Is deborah Butler completely barking mad? Or is she one of these women that fall for con artist men over and over again?
Apparently Bennett doesn't own his own house and probably doesn't have anything in the bank, other that the MF donations.
WHICH INCIDENTALLY PROVE HE IS PART AND PARCEL OF THE MF
Bennett has been living off the donations to the fund, he has no other visible means of income.
The donations are STLL being paid into Bennett and Butler's bank account.
WHICH PROVE THE MADELEINE FOUNDATION IS IN CLEAR BREACH OF THE ASSURANCES THEY GAVE TO CARTER-RUCK!
Paypal accounts will be suspended and checked. To do this with Paypal is now so easy as Paypal is now registered in EUROPE and belongs to ebay!
THIS AGAIN WILL PROVE THAT THE MADELEINE FOUNDATION IS STILL AND ALWAYS WAS REGISTERED TO BUTLER AND BENNETT, EVEN THOUGH BENNETT, HAS WAFFLED ABOUT THE MF BEING TRANSFERRED OVER TO STEVO!
To put it crudely Bennett and Butler are flucked, but as Bennett has nothing to lose, it is Butler who will lose her home, her children's inheritance and all her savings.
All because she wanted to have a bit on the side with Stevo and when that fell through, apparently she settled for Bennett and still the amazingly stupid woman cannot see that she is being used and abused.
Butler is crying? Why? All this is her own fault and it can be remedied by her desisting her persecution of an innocent family.
I have no sympathy for her, she is bringing this down on her own fat head!
I was wondering, who is looking after her little boy, while she is making 500 odd mile round trips with the despicable Tony Bennett by her side?
Who is caring for her son while she is thinking up new ways to cause hurt and distress to people whose child has been abducted?
Who is caring for her son when she is out breaking the law and delivering leaflets to Oxford and Oxford University?
Who is caring for her son when Debbie is out all day hundreds of miles away delivering hate campaign leaflets in Rothley?
Who is caring for her son when she is devoting so much time to the Foundation and on the computer?
Perhaps someone should write a letter to social services about Debbo's neglect of her own son?
I would have loved to have seen Butler sobbing her heart out. I hope she has many days like she did on Saturday. It was said she looked a right "hard faced cow" stupid moo deserves everything she gets and some.
