Has Viv now totally lost the plot?
Captured last night on Viv's blog by pure luck. Knowing it wouldn't last we took a screenshot, the post did not last long, it was later edited and had all its content removed and finally removed this morning. We have decided to keep the identity of the poster secret.
It looks like some of the posters are not happy with the way things are being run on the blog, we have suspected this for a while, received the odd email and anonymous post, however voicing protests in this way had not been seen before. This post, even though it didn't last long, was a breath of fresh air.
Unlike Viv, we publish all comments, all theories, as long as they are not libellous, even those from Viv herself.

This whole thing has reached the realms of ridiculousness, where not only have the lines between truth and fiction become blurred, the lines no longer exist. This has become more about egos than the child herself.
I have been knocking about this world for a while now and have tried not to lose perspective on things.
When this first happened, I felt badly for the PJ, after all is said and done, they were and remain just small town detectives without the experience, or the abilities, to cope with an investigation of this magnitude.
However, I slowly changed my mind about them when I learned of some of the mistakes and the ridiculous blunders, but even at that point, one could have said OK fair enough, they did this, it cannot be undone, providing the right wheels were then in motion, but they were not and Amaral, who we quickly learned should never, not in a month of Sundays, have been allowed to head this investigation, was just allowed to meander on, piling mistake upon mistake, upon mistake.
This I found absolutely staggering incompetence and I thought, no one, not even a small town detective could carry on making errors like this repeatedly. It was then that I started to think that something else was at play there, something that was being covered up because of the harm it could and would do, if it ever got out.
I firmly believe that Kate and Gerry McCann are just as much the victims as their beloved daughter is, only in a different way.
However, I also believe, that the truth will come put, I am absolutely convinced that it will and that truth will be with us sooner rather than later.
Whatever happened to Madeleine, I believe she will be found.
I have not wavered from my beliefs. Someone high up in Portugal knows what happened to Madeleine and where she is now and when this comes out (and it will) there will be shock waves resonating for years to come in Portugal, they think Casa Pia is bad?

I agree with this and have 2 theories on it. One you will agree with and the other you will not. I have no intention of posting either of my theories, both of which I have run by "professionals" who have agreed they are both viable. I am not posting them because I am not giving Viv yet another option to consider or the opportunity for to see us going head to head over the one you will not agree with. I am leaving it at innocent unless proven guilty and just fighting for justice for innocent posters

Rosie I forgot to say we should not loose sight of how this thread started. It was the banning of JJ. Another victim of Viv's lies and fantasies. I don't think I actually agreed with any of JJ posts but that has not stopped me defending him/her.
We all KNOW that Viv is the worst bully on the internet...that has been discussed over and over again. But what makes me really smile is when the boot is on the other foot. Like in these posts below on the 3A's. But remember Viv's attacker is a hardened Anti.

Looking at the Rainbow Warrior post - why are there different standards for different posters , admin ? I'm asking you respectfully and sincerely. If your rules were applied equally, without bias, and applied equally to all posters, i could imagine that you were , at least, consistent. But in the end she will bring a leagl warning to the 3 A's, you can see it coming a mile off.

A little while ago she was boasting on her blog about getting a huge settlement after taking her former employers to court/tribunal, I have no idea for what, or how much, but she herself said it went into the thousands.
Since then she has been boasting about having oak floors and a pond etc, how she had people in to do this that and the other.
One night she admitted to drinking a couple of bottles of wine and then started saying that she fancied the carpenter! She has also went to Egypt on the proceeds of this compo payment.
I bet her former employers were glad to pay to get rid of her, seems she causes total disruption wherever she goes, including her job.
Now apparently she is buying the 3 A's, so she feels she can say anything and get away with it.

It really isn't an awful lot going on what the guy is providing.
If every member is donating then the forum owner should be able to cover the costs quite easily with monies left over.
The forum owner will of course have to declare it as income but it shouldn't give too much of a tax rise in their over all personal income.
The Canadian owner will also be subject to revenue,and server inspections. So 200 dollars isn't too expensive really is it?.

Actually it is very easy to tell if the email has been altered. You don't need any sophisticated software to prove it neither.
When you send it originally it is sent as a link,Id. est. hotmail.com. live.com aol.com.etc. etc. etc. Regardless of how you alter it the original link is embedded along with the name.

Dylan lies on her post on Claudia's blog, old posts can be deleted from Viv's even by non members. She could always ask blog owners Viv or Claudia to remove them for her with their admin powers.
If she wants to go to the police she should, no one is stalking her, people are not emailing her, phoning her, writing letters, no one has threatened to out her or to harm her, she posts under a nickname and no one has tried to locate her.
Dylan is getting a reaction to her actions, simple. People should note perhaps, that too many attacks could constitute harassment, but it can be seen that most of the posts, while some more insulting than others, are asking her to do the right thing. As for harassment she is not innocent of this either with her constant joining of Viv and her fellow bloggers in attacking blogger who disagree with them.
Personally, it would be great to be a fly on the wall, it would be so interesting to see her explaining why she posted stuff which clearly violates child safeguarding issues on such a dreadful blog and why she wouldn't delete them when it was pointed out to her by well meaning bloggers that those posts could put her family at risk.
People can go very far online with very little information, there are scores of government and police blogs advising teenagers and kids not to give personal details online, Dylan could perhaps explain why she did this, she could also explain why after being warned and advised (never threatened) by people she went on posting and posting them again, adding to her posts things like 'waves Bum' after the names of her kids.
Are these the actions of a responsible person? What would any officer think?
She says that she only gives christian names and therefore they are not traceable, but then accuses everyone here, people who unlike her are not even mentioning these kids' names of making them traceable. This argument is ridiculous, they are either traceable or not, and if they are it is down to her.
The danger started when she decided to post such things, not when people commented on them because you can never control other people's thinking. The responsibility lies with her, not anyone else, she is lucky that the people she is now threatening have only ever tried to get the posts removed.
What is Dylan playing at?
My guess is that she is trying to bully and intimidate people here to stop pointing out at her actions without having to admit herself to them or take any responsibility for her them.
I bet you anything that if she does decide to go to the police she will quickly delete those posts first.

Everyone is well meaning, but as Gina says, you cannot help someone who doesn't want to help themselves.
This argument has gone on for too long and it is time to stop blogging about this issue. As the mother in question is unable/unwilling to take any responsibility for her actions and happily carries on, publicising this may eventually attract unwanted attention on the very people everyone is trying to protect.
Those to have an issue with this could maybe report the blog in question posts to CEOP's(the police), the IFW and even Norfolk social services(Dylan has helpfully told the world she is from Norwich).
I am afraid that this is the responsible thing to do and should have been done from the start, I know ST reported it to the NSPCC and they would have followed something like this through, it should be up to them then to decide what the right course of action is. I know it is hard to see people behaving in this way, but it really is best to leave this to the authorities.

As for writing to social services...be careful it doesn't rebound. If you do not have just cause you may find yourself on the receiving end of a court order. Under the Harassment act of 1997

Just to put a certain shit stirrer straight. It was my eldest daughter who was the victim, something that happened between the ages of 11 to 16. She suffered at the hands of a local man who we knew and thought we could trust. If you are implying that I MYSELF was the perpetrator, then I WILL take you for every penny you own. The whole case is recorded in the police files, so be VERY, VERY CAREFUL what you say, and who you say it to. As for the family picture on my site, why should I be ashamed of my children, my family? My daughter is now very happily engaged to be married to a nice young lad of her own age. As a family we all came together and pulled through a very dificult time, and emerged stronger for it. You have sunk to a previously unheard of low, by trying to use my families own suffering as a stick to beat myself and other supporters with. I am extremely proud of my family, and we share a very close and loving bond, something which clearly shows in our photo, something which a certain stirrer is clearly deeply jealous of, just as they are envious of the deep and committed love so easily seen in all the McCann photo's. I do not intend sitting up all night arguing the toss with you..but I will make two things clear (seeing as your pea brain seems unable to grasp the obvious).
Firstly seeing as your grievance is with something on Vee8's site..then I would have thought the best place to deal with it is there....not here. As it has already been pointed out we could not post about Dylan on Viv's...so we posted on our own blog. Notice I said "our own"....not yours or anyone elses. This is OUR BLOG...not YOURS.
Secondly...I repeat...the email is FAKE! Now that is the last time I am going to tell you that. If it makes you happy to believe it is genuine..then so be it. I could not care less what you believe.
All I care about is that I know the truth of it.

Probably banned and this is her way of saving face! It will be interesting to see how she starts licking her posters backsides now to get back in favour with them, after dumping them unceremoniously in favour of the 3 A's, these past weeks.

I think Viv lost a lot of posters for several reasons. 1. She just goes too far with her "theories" that she states as if they are fact. 2. She made a complete fool of herself by constantly changing her mind 3. There is no option to debate on her site and posters know they will get banned if they question anything she says. 4. They no longer take her seriously because they have seen the other side of her with her childish personal attacks on other sites.
I also think a lot of posters actually enjoyed personal banter with each other and that does not happen anymore. Viv only gained posters because Alsabella closed her blog. Now I know you have no time for Alsa, but she did at least let both sides put their point of view, and on the occasions that we went off topic (and we need to sometimes) it was actually a nice place to be and strangely enough on off topic subjects both pro and antis chatted away like "normal" people.
One thing I am sure of is that Viv will find a way to get people back even if she has to change her style completely for a while.

The email is a spoof and in case you did not know, sending spoof emails pretending to be from recognised companies is frowned upon, in some cases it is actually linked to fraud and it is something that owners of companies like Google are trying their best to stamp out. I do not think the companies in question will be too pleased with your efforts, as childish as they are and let's face it, your efforts are pretty damned silly and childish.

I think the Bennett name is probably a coincidence as THE BENNETT says he only has the one grandchild who is 2...Well that is what he said in the James Whale interview. Not sure, if it his daughter's child or his son's, though.

Losec Hp7® OAC
A combination package containing:

CLARITHROMYCIN 500 mg tablets
Please read this leaflet carefully before you take your medicine. It provides a summary of the information available on your medicine. If you have any questions or are not sure about anything, please ask your doctor or pharmacist.
What is LOSEC Hp7 OAC used for?
LOSEC Hp7 OAC is a combination pack which contains three different medicines. When taken together in the right doses, at the right time, they will kill a bacterium in your stomach called Helicobacter pylori and let your peptic ulcer heal.
How does LOSEC Hp7 OAC work?
Omeprazole is a type of medicine called a proton pump inhibitor. It reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach, but does not stop food from being digested in the normal way.
Amoxycillin and Clarithromycin are both antibiotics which kill Helicobacter pylori.
Omeprazole also helps kill the bacterium. When all three medicines are taken together they are more effective than taken one or two at a time.
Before you start to use LOSEC Hp7 OAC
You must tell your doctor if you:
* are allergic to any of its ingredients
* are allergic to penicillins, cephalosporins or macrolide antibiotics
* have severely impaired kidney function
* are taking cisapride, pimozide or terfenadine. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure if you are taking any of these medicines.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or if you are breastfeeding.
Inform your doctor if you have had any unusual reaction to other medicines.
LOSEC Hp7 OAC is not addictive.
LOSEC Hp7 OAC has been prescribed for your current condition only. Do not use it for other problems or give it to anyone else. Follow your doctor's directions carefully.
Things that may affect the way LOSEC Hp7 OAC works
Before you start to take LOSEC Hp7 OAC, tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including those you have bought from a pharmacy, supermarket or health food shop without a prescription.
The effect of other medicines may be influenced if LOSEC Hp7 OAC is taken at the same time as medicines for:
* fungal or other infections (itraconazole, ketoconazole, rifabutin);
* anxiety (diazepam);
* blood clotting (warfarin);
* epilepsy (carbamazepine, phenytoin);
* immunological disorders (cyclosporin),
* rheumatism or cancer (methotrexate),
* allergic reactions (terfenadine, astemizole),
* asthma (theophylline),
* mental disorder (pimozide),
* heart conditions (digoxin, disopyramide),
* migraine (ergotamine),
* sleep disturbance (midazolam, triazolam),
* contraception (oral contraceptives)
* virus treatment (ritonavir, zidovudine),
* cholesterol treatment (simvastatin, lovastatin),
* gastro-esophogeal reflux (cisapride),
* organ rejection (tacrolimus).
Antacids
You can use antacids while taking LOSEC Hp7 OAC.
Oral Contraceptives
There is a risk that LOSEC Hp7 OAC may decrease the effect of oral contraceptives. This should be discussed with your doctor or pharmacist.
Food
Treatment with LOSEC Hp7 OAC is not influenced if you take the medication with food.
Special warnings
Can LOSEC Hp7 OAC be used during pregnancy and breast feeding?
No, if you are pregnant or are breast feeding, you should not use LOSEC Hp7 OAC
Can LOSEC Hp7 OAC be used in children?
There is no experience with LOSEC Hp7 OAC in children.
Can LOSEC Hp7 OAC be used in the elderly?
Yes, except for those who have severely impaired renal function, as the dose cannot be adjusted.
Can LOSEC Hp7 OAC be used in patients with impaired kidney and liver function?
No, patients with severely impaired kidney function should not use LOSEC Hp7 OAC. Caution should be exercised when administering to patients with impaired liver function.
Will LOSEC Hp7 OAC affect my ability to drive a vehicle or to operate machinery?
No, this is unlikely.
How to take LOSEC Hp7 OAC
In the LOSEC Hp7 OAC package are three bottles each containing a different medication, sufficient for 7 days therapy. It is important that you take the medication as follows:
Morning and evening:
1x Omeprazole 20 mg capsule
2x Amoxycillin 500 mg capsules
1x Clarithromycin 500 mg tablet
Follow the instructions on the back of the Losec Hp 7 OAC carton to help remind you to take your medication.
Always take the medicine with at least half a glass of water or fluid. Swallow the medicines whole and do not chew or crush.
Continue to take the medicines each morning and evening for 7 days until you have finished them. Do not stop, even if you feel better.
If you do not complete the full course of medicines prescribed by your doctor, the Helicobacter pylori may not clear completely or your symptoms may return and your ulcer may be harder to treat next time.
If your symptoms do not go away after you have finished the medicines, or if they go away but then return, tell your doctor as you may need further treatment.
If you forget to take a dose
If you miss a dose of one of the medicines in LOSEC Hp7 OAC, take it as soon as you remember, then go back to your regular schedule. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, (less than 4 hours) do not take the missed medication or a double dose to make up for the missed dose. Just take your next dose on time.
Side effects
The most common potential side effects when taking LOSEC Hp7 OAC are
* diarrhoea
* constipation
* stomach pain or discomfort
* nausea and vomiting
* wind
* headache
* unusual taste in your mouth
* skin rash
If you suffer from any of these reactions and they persist, please tell your doctor.
You should inform a doctor immediately if you notice the following:
* Severe diarrhoea, even several weeks after finishing LOSEC Hp7 OAC
* Increase in breast size (males)
* fever
* yellowing of the skin or eyes
* skin rash
* swollen face, lips or neck
* increased bruising.
Other side effects may also occur whilst taking this medication. If you have any bothersome or unusual reaction while taking LOSEC Hp7 OAC, let your doctor or pharmacist know right away.
Note
Remember, this medicine is only for you. Do not give LOSEC Hp7 OAC to anyone else even if their symptoms are similar to yours.
Overdosage
No or very few, symptoms have been observed in patients who have taken very high doses of the components of LOSEC Hp7 OAC.
However, we advise you to telephone your doctor or the National Poisons Information Centre Ph: 0800 POISON (0800 764 766) or go to Accident and Emergency at your nearest hospital immediately if you think that you or anyone else may have taken too much LOSEC Hp7 OAC, even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.
Storage
Keep in a cool place where the temperature stays below 25°C.
Protect from light and moisture.
Keep the three medicines contained in the LOSEC Hp7 OAC pack in their original bottles.
If you take any of the medicines out of their bottles, they will not keep well.
Do not take any of the medicines in LOSEC Hp7 OAC after the expiry date shown on the package.
Do not use LOSEC Hp7 OAC if the packaging is torn or shows signs of tampering.
Keep LOSEC Hp7 OAC in a safe place where children cannot reach it.
Disposal
Return any unused medication to your pharmacist if your doctor tells you to stop taking it or if you find that the expiry date has passed.
Product Description - What the pack contains
The LOSEC Hp7 OAC pack contains three different medicines each packed in a separate bottle:
Omeprazole 20 mg capsules are pink and reddish-brown and are marked "20" and "A/OM". Each capsule contains 20 mg omeprazole as well as disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, mannitol, methacrylic acid co-polymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulphate, iron oxide (E172), titanium dioxide (E171) and gelatine.
Amoxycillin 500 mg capsules are red and gold and printed with "APO 500". Each capsule contains 500 mg amoxycillin as amoxycillin trihydrate as well as silicon dioxide, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium and gelatine.
Clarithromycin 500 mg tablets are pale yellow, oval, film coated tablets. Each tablet contains 500 mg clarithromycin as well as croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, povidone, hydroxypropylcellulose, sorbitan mono-oleate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, talc, hypromellose, propylene glycol, sorbic acid, vanillin, titanium dioxide, quinoline yellow (E 104).

Does anyone have any idea why it is that Viv is now trying to give us her 'Googled opinion' and the indications and contra indications of Losec?
If Viv did know anything at all about medicine, she will know that she as a completely unqualified 'layman' should not dabble in things she obviously knows absolutely nothing about. Basically this is a medication prescribed for acid reflux oesophagitis, stomach ulcers, it is a proton inhibitor which simply inhibits the over production of acid.
It is a non addictive drug and it carries no sedative properties.
Why the hell is this bloody mad woman publishing this complete load of nonsense?
One of them may suffer acid reflux or have a stomach ulcer being treated with this medication, so what is Viv trying to suggest exactly?
Viv, go to your doctor, you need urgent psychiatric help.
Fortunately, I dont think many people take Vile seriously anymore, and those that do post I would like to think are just humouring her.

Tony, first of all I suggest you contact the company, and see how seriously they take breach of their copyright. Then get on to the General Medical Practisioners council, as I am sure they will take an EXTREMELY dim view of a non-qualified non-entity dispaching the gems of her wisdom to all and sundry. If anyone listens to viv, and as a result suffers any form of serious harm, or death, viv is in the very deepest of shit. This needs to be done, for the sake of any of her potential victims.

What I am curious about is, why this person deemed it necessary to breach copyrights for her to prove a point....what point is she trying to make?

By the way, have you never heard of repeat prescriptions?
Just in case you have not...they are regular prescriptions issued every month or every six months for an ongoing illness (like a Hiatus Hernia)without constantly going to the doctor.
I have Losec on a repeat prescription....and only visit my doctor once every year to 18 months for a prescription check.

If I were posting on Viv's blog now I would say to her (and get banned for it) the following. I have always said that I considered the Tapas group irresponsible for leaving such small children alone in an apartment with all the dangers therein, eg. Cooker, matches, cleaning materials, stairs, slippery tiled floors etc. the list is endless, and of course pills (that may look like sweets to a child) I feel they should have used the creche or paid for a babysitter. Everybody takes some form of pills with them on holiday but that does not mean they took them for any other reason than what they were intended for. Viv as usual has gone way OTT with this.
Whilst this is a very tragic case, we all need a bit of light relief from time to time and it is obvious that Viv is now in training to become a comedienne or does she really think she is actually going to "crack" this case with the aid of her sidekick google
Add to my last post, I have to take the same drugs for a hiatus hernia and can buy them over the counter here in Spain. Perhaps you can in Portugal and maybe they were bought there and the crime was pigging out, and the sentence indigestion
