Has Viv now totally lost the plot?
Captured last night on Viv's blog by pure luck. Knowing it wouldn't last we took a screenshot, the post did not last long, it was later edited and had all its content removed and finally removed this morning. We have decided to keep the identity of the poster secret.
It looks like some of the posters are not happy with the way things are being run on the blog, we have suspected this for a while, received the odd email and anonymous post, however voicing protests in this way had not been seen before. This post, even though it didn't last long, was a breath of fresh air.
Unlike Viv, we publish all comments, all theories, as long as they are not libellous, even those from Viv herself.

As Tinks said, we moved it on 21st December after we had requests to do so. Requests from the 'many' not the few!
As Mum21 said, admin make decisions together, we are a strong team and getting stronger all the time.
It shows it was the right thing to do, because these people have not stopped mentioning it ever since! It really bothers them that they cannot read what we are writing.
The forum is flourishing thanks to our great members and it has never been happier since certain people went and you would not believe the underhand things that one of them had been getting up to, she is not as clever as she thought, she obviously does not know the forum has a log and records everything, names, dates and times and what has been carried out and when and by whom, that was very enlightening!

It appears that on the 3a's there are different rules for different people. I am a member there but not for much longer, unless things change for the better. Both nbrado and Viv get away with contantly being rude and attacking other members. I have witnessed members being banned for a lot less.
But, having said that I do believe the 3A's is doomed, Bren seems scared witless at the moment, and her appearances are getting less and less.
Perhaps that is nbrado's and Viv's agenda, now you see them now you don't, and they get to take over the helm.
well as we know, some of us have been seeing this coming for some time, we have tried to warn people on the forum but got shouted down, interestingly enough, some of the shouters down are now shouting the loudest about nbrados return and at Bren for allowing the return.
I think the 3as is now taking its dying breaths, certainly the only funds going into the account will be from adverts to porn sites, normal members are not going to donate while they think this is going on and I am one of those normal members! I made my mind up to pull my standing order when Bren allowed Viv to run amok on the forum, I was not paying for her to have the privilege of making us all look like idiots and suckers!
I am waiting to see what the return of nbrado is all about, personally I think the guy was greatly wronged, he paid a heavy price for running the 3as, no wonder he feels aggrieved.
Bren is correct though, she can ban nbrado but this will not stop him.
I feel there is something else at work here, my one major fear is that the 3as is an internet gateway to other sites and that the forum is quite or more likely has already been investigated? I would not want my name put to that, which is another reason why I stopped my donations.
Frankly, I am worried sick that this is the case and that is some way I am going to be tainted with a hard porn paint brush because I have donated to that forum! Who knows what the hell is going on underneath the surface over there and I think that Viv's blog could very well be involved in the same way, how do we know this is not another gateway to hard porn after some of the disgusting stuff she has allowed and encouraged on that blog?

Try not to worry about it too much, obviously you are not the only one to have made donations to that site, but I would advise you to take proper legal advice, it cannot hurt can it? But as long as all you did was donate to that site and nothing else, I cannot see that you have anything to worry about.
Now perhaps people will begin to see for themselves, that things on the internet are not always what they seem!
Vile's Mole is right, we on this site and on our forum have come under constant attack and we always wondered why it was that we worried these people so much! I think things are beginning to unfold and I know I will be called soft etc, I do hope that Bren and Bonny etc have not been suckered into something they cannot handle, I may disagree with them, but that is as far as it goes with me.
I have always urged caution over people like Tony Bennett, Goncalo Amaral and Viv, there has always been an undercurrent, that is just not right, why else would people just go all out to frame the innocent? Where does all this stop?

I am married to Paul Gordon, we have two children, our son xxxx who is three years old and our who is two.
I planned our holiday last year and from a series of recommendations from family members, I looked at Mark Warner resorts. I found that the Ocean Club in Praia da Luz met with our requirements. Good price, good facilities for the children, I initially made a reservation for apartment T1 which was changed by Mark Warner to apartment T2 before we travelled.
We left Gatwick for Faro on Saturday 21st April 2007 and when we landed we were received by Mark Warner staff and driven to Praia da Luz. We were handed the keys during the journey and given the location of the apartment which was 5ª. The holiday was perfect, the people were kind and friendly. It was a very pleasant break, the area was pretty and relaxing and I would describe it as a sleepy place.
During our stay Paul cut his face whilst shaving and the cut bled for some time. Neither the children nor I injured ourselves and as far as I know nobody died in the apartment. We never noticed that any of our personal objects disappeared or were lost. Nothing strange or worrying to note, just on one occasion I heard Paul speaking to an individual on the patio that looked over the complex’s swimming pool. I can’t say who he was talking to or what they were talking about. I was inside the apartment washing some of the children’s clothes in the kitchen that faced out onto the road. I did not see anyone pass in front of the window or knock on the door.
I remember Paul entering the apartment and asking where the money was, I asked him why and he said something about a collection for charity. I did not go out to see or speak with the man. It was only after the disappearance of Madeleine and when the news broke that we thought we should contact the police, not because we thought there was anything suspicious about this but simply because we thought the police should be informed.
I would like to add that this was the only time that we saw someone asking for money.
The doors, windows and shutters of the apartment were all in good condition. We noticed that it was only possible to close the patio door from the inside of the apartment, not from the outside. The bedroom shutters made a lot of noise and I find it difficult to understand that opening them would go un-noticed. The bedroom overlooked the parking area and was also overlooked by other apartments from which I think that if anyone had opened the shutters from outside, somebody would have noticed. The front door was easy to open from the inside unless it had been locked. We always used the wooden door overlooking the parking area to enter and exit the apartment.
With regard to the sofas, there were two on the right where you entered and another opposite the dining table – there was also a coffee table between the sofas. The sofa on the right when you entered by the patio door was situated against the wall and it does not seem possible to me that anyone could have passed behind the sofa.
The children slept in the bedroom overlooking the parking area and Paul and I slept in the bedroom with the patio overlooking the pool.
We would have breakfast in the Millenium restaurant, lunch in the apartment so that the children could have a siesta. We also dined in the Millenium except for two occasions when we dined at the Tapas Bar. I had the impression that dining at the Tapas was restricted to once during one’s stay, and because of this it surprised me to hear that the McCann group used to dine there every day.
The children would use the club facilities, I think they were called “Ama 1 and 2”.
They would spend the morning or afternoon, I don’t remember them having spent a whole day there. We were always with them when they were not in the children’s club. It was usual to go to the Tapas bar at lunchtime and I know that of 6 occasions they went five times. On one occasion we thought of using the night club and we took the children there with their pyjamas on. When we got there we saw that the club was not for us and we did not leave the children there. We always took the children with us when we went for dinner. We never left them alone.
I remember that at the welcome ceremony we were informed about the “babysitter” services at 15 Euros per hour, but they told us that that the service would have to be booked well in advance. I remember that when we went for dinner there were couple without children and imagined that these services were often requested, but we never used them.
I cannot speak badly of our holiday and this only changed after the disappearance of Madeleine.
I know that Paul received text messages from Kate McCann as well as voice messages, some of them were heartbreaking. We have tried to collaborate with the police as much as possible. We have been visited by the press at home and have had to face cameras and reporters, asking them to leave us alone.

1: Madeleine is alive and well, her whereabouts is know to the mcCanns and she is been hidden from the public for her protection

I have no idea what goes on, on that blog or the other one. As you know I do not visit them, I find the level of intellect by the people taking part on those blogs to be on par with imbeciles and this just proves my point.
But one thing you will not find on here, is a stupid woman who thinks it is fine to name her children and talk about their underage sexual exploits, taking place in another house without her present. Yet still these imbecile that is meant to have a degree cannot see the danger and apparently still these posts are there on that blog for any old passing paedophile to read.
All this aided and abetted by the two blog authors.

It is beginning to fall into place, the sudden change of direction etc. I cannot help feeling that people's lack of knowledge about such things has led them into a pretty precarious situation.
I have always thought this and it was confirmed in my mind the other day, when I had an epiphany moment and realised what coincided with the sudden departure of a poster called "Docmac" better known as "Notdoc". After all no one with any sense wants to be close to a liner when it is going down, far too dangerous!

This morning I had the raving hump when I thought my offline posts were being passed around. I was asked to read my mail but before I could I got a power cut so I could not access them. Oh dear, what a load of mistakes I made in my 00.16 post. However they were only typing errors, the main point is I did not make any mistake in seeing that Claudia prefers to try to score points against me rather than protect her "friends". Claudia is always saying that she never understands what I am saying. I think that is because she either cannot admit that often my points are valid, or she cannot understand anybody who actually says things that make sense. It must really frustrate you Claudia, that I can freely post on here even though I argue and have argued on differing points of views. (Actually we debated but both yourself and Viv do not understand that word). It must also have annoyed you that you tried and failed to cause trouble between me and them yesterday and FAILED.
Hi Vee 8, I do not know who is who or what is actually happening on the 3A's but from what you have written it appears to me it becoming the same as Viv's site. This thread was about the banning of JJ, and even if some do not share JJ's views, they know that Viv got it wrong, JJ was not a mole and certainly was not Rosie. Viv never admits to her mistakes and may this Bren person suffers from the same problem. Viv got rid of anybody who dared say "hang on a minute, that comment was a bit OTT" and now there is no one posting on that site who actually, as you said, stops and thinks rationally for a minute. If I recall they were posts I made questioning some of doc mac' s comments and asked you to forward them to him. All I got back from you was the doc and I POSL at them. No I wasn't asked to take that post concerning Dylan down, I did it because I realise she is being used and abused by the likes of Claudia and Viv and as much as I dislike how two face and just damned silly and childish Dylan is, I removed it because it didn't seem fair.
What a pity those people that silly woman thinks are her friends do not have the same attitude.
My guess is that Dylan will carry on playing the victim until one day she wakes up and realises that she has completely wasted her life being in victim mode, if she had any real friends, they would point this out to her.

I have just seen a copy of your post on the 3A's and apparently it is more important for you to diassociate yourself with Vee's earlier post about homing missiles than it is for them to answer your questions.
This is what you are dealing with, there is no recognition or acceptance of responsibility for anything posted over there.
That post where someone is offering backup just shows the mentality of their posters. Some of the most, evil, vindictive posts I have ever witnessed have been from that site.
Nobody should have their personal details published or have themselves or their families threatened, it is not something I would condone but I'm afraid they have condoned this, they have incited this and therefore they only have themselves to blame for any repercussions.

That forum has been dishing out some of the most vicious hate and bile against the McCanns and now some of what has been dished out to the McCanns on a daily basis, is coming back to them, it was always going to happen, how is any of that our fault?
It seems that some on there can hand it out but do not like it when it comes back to them.

No Claudia, get your facts right for once. Nobody says they are innocent..because we do not know as a fact whether they are or are not.
What we have stated is whether a suspect be innocent or guilty it is against the law for a police officer to beat them up.
Now seeing as the case is still in progress..neither YOU or I know what the outcome will be.
Plus, having been convicted in a court of law is not always proof of guilt. Or does Portugal never have cases of wrongly convicted people?

Hi Mum, to be honest I cannot be bothered to go read it. What has been posted on here is enough. It would not suprise me in the least if Viv somehow started all this and is now just enjoying all the fighting. It is my guess that this person's neighbours are probably too afraid of this person to say anything to the police for fear of reprisals, who else would he/she pitchfork? I don't mind answering any questions but before I did I would want to know first what the hell are the accusations and what evidence there is to make those accusations. I think they would be well advised to get their facts straight before saying anymore about anybody, because they just might get a big shock when the find out who they are really dealing with

Rosie as you know, I am not sure what I think happened, and I have been critical of the McCanns publicity stunts etc. and have not changed my views on that. However whether people want to accept it or not the McCanns have not been charged with anything and therefore are innocent (unless at a later stage they are proven guilty) At this moment in time and probably for the rest of time they will be deemed as innocent and therefore they have the right to take action against all the libellous remarks that have been made, and rightly so. Remarks like they scalped Madeleine are just plain sick and it is obvious that people that make that sort of remark see this all as some kind of pastime and have forgotten that a child is missing and needs to be found. Perhaps it is just as well I do not post on the 3A's as I would be fighting to have posts like that removed. Debate and views are one thing, but that sort of comment, and others that have been copied to here are just unnacceptable no matter what side of the fence you are on.

What it boils down to is this: bren, with the help of some others, set up a website dedicated to the hounding, persecution and ridicule of Kate and Gerry McCann. Now other people in webland have set up their own sites, dedicated to the hounding and ridiculing of bren's site, and specifically, her. And she doesn't like it. Did she think of what the McCann's would feel like? Ever? Once? Nope. But know she knows, now she has first hand knowledge of what it feels like to be picked on, cyber-bullied, and it isn't very nice, is it bren? Your site may have originally been set up to question the McCann's account of what happened, and for that then all well and good. Questioning is good, that is how we get answers. But 3a's went way, way beyond questioning a long, long time ago. It crossed the line, and went from questioning to libel. Concocting ever more stupid and bizzare theories about what happened, passing of speculation and opinion as fact. So now you are a target yourselves, not because of which side of the argument you are on, but because of the words and actions of yourself and your posters. If I may, I'll quote from Air Marshall Sir Arthur Harris, commanding officer of Bomber Command in WWII.
"The German's started this war with the rather foolish assumption that they were going to bomb everyone else, and no one was going to bomb them. Well, they have sown the wind, and now they are going to reap the whirlwind."

As Vee has said, do all this and propagate this trash and sooner or later, you have to answer to your own actions and more you have to deal with Karma!

The Good, who are not members of the forum, are balking at bringing the forum owners children into it, they are not little children but full grown adults, however, they are still her children none the less and the good don't like the involvement of the children in a 'WAKE UP BREN' Call.

Nothing would surprise me after the revelation of the last few days. And I do believe there is more to come.
Why have we been accused of all these things Bren has accused us off?
Yesterday Tony Bennet was at the Oxford Union protest. Bren, I think would have been alert to the likelyhood of journolists reading on 3A's. An ideal opportunity to show them a 180 degree change of perception and hope any journo's viewing would be convinced that we are doing the things that she and her supporters are doing. She was portraying herself as the victim.
Just look she is making a big thing about her personal details have been posted endangering her family, she has posted how complaints are trying to shut her site down and she complains that some are abusive to certain people she respects. Who are these people doing all this? Well she has named them and we are included all tied up with barbed wire in a neat package.
Yes included amongst that list are people who have had their personal details allowed to be shown on Brens site endangering their families and accusations made against them that are untrue. Should we complain? Why yes but the site is deliberatly a fortress with a member holding the servers in another country. So Bren can hardly be worried about complaints against her site as she doesn't have to do anything about them.
The only way to deal with this has been suggested to Bren on her own site by her own members. Follow the usual lines of complaint. Well rest assured that advice is being followed by many of her named outlaws.
Incitement to hatred. It's against the law, isn't it? We have strict laws aginst incitment of hatred on relegeous grounds, on the grounds of colour, ethnicity, even against sexual orientation. But these laws are all aimed at groups of people, races or faiths. But somehow the individual falls through the net. Why? If Kate and Gerry had been black, Muslim or gay, sites like 3a's would have been stamped out almost as soon as they sprang up. But because they are white, middle class Catholics then they have, as of this moment, no protection under the law, short of libel, and it is perfectly legal to incite hatred against them. Is it then time to lobby our M.P.'s to do something about this? Is it time the incitement laws were tightened up to make it illegal to incite hatred, not just against groups, but against individuals? Not just for the McCann's sake, but others, like Jade Goody, who has her own stalkers, with their own hate sites. Nikki Durbin, mother of missing Luke, knows all to well what Kate and Gerry are going through. She told Mod and I she too has recieved the most disgusting hate mail, and has sites set up to ridicule and persecute her and her family. Hell, last year an eleven year old girl, suffering from leukemia, who had the nerve to open up her own blog, to document her daily life with her struggles, had her blog spammed by sicko's wanting her dead. She too had a counter-blog put up, with these bottom-feeders accusing her of being a sad little attention seeker, who would be better of six feet under. So, what to do? Well, how about logging on to www.writetothem.com and asking your own M.P. how he/she feels about this. Ask if they agree if it is wrong to incite hatred against an individual, and ask if it is about time such incitement was outlawed. When enough of us put pressure on our M.P.s last time, we got the Amber alert pushed through the European parliament. Let's see if we can do some more good.

There's an outbreak of vileness at 3As, much of it the work of Stevo and his acolytes. Apparently the taxi driver was taking Maddy for a 'rental' session, for which she was drugged, and this is what killed her. Oh yeah, and John Corner filmed it all.

I took a look at that thread earlier...but clicked out of it because it made my skin crawl.
One thing I do know though is compared to the likes of Stevo, Laffin Assassin, Viv, Bren and several more,....nbrado and Rhodes are amateurs when it comes to cyber bullying.
I took a link at the post Tony put up, and now will have to disinfect my computer.
And worse, I cannot get back the time that I wasted reading on there. A total waste of time, luckily not too much. My life is too short to waste going back there.
When I want to read fiction, I want it to be good and believable, not some cheap trash with a ridiculous contrived plot.
That thread, and much on the 3A's reads like a third rate novel. And most certainly a work of fiction.
Could be forgiven if it was funny (some of the threads over there are hilarious,not really what they intended but still very funny) but not even a chuckle on this one.

There are many blogs and forums opened up for the sole purpose of showing up the 3A's for what they truly are....and if I was the owner of the 3A's I would be a very worried bunny.
They deserve all they get....they are a disgrace. And they do it all in the name of a missing child....in fact they call themselves "The voice of Madeleine". But not for much longer...with the amount of complaints made about them something has to give, and soon.
Oh, I think Mum21 they crossed the line by accusing Jon Corner the Director to River Media Ltd of making child pornography, and using Madeleine for it.
That didn't go down well at all.
It was one thing to accuse the man....which was wrong in the first place. To accuse his whole film crew. Not healthy at all.
Anyone seen this? What right does Bren have to be the voice of Madeleine?
I have met some cruel and heartless people in my time...but Bren beats them all.

this time that forum has gone too far.
When I was alerted to what people were saying about a blog I thought "jees that is bad". Then I looked at the name of the blog and thought the same as most people probably will, that it was this blog!!
In dibelief (I could smell a rat) I clicked and immediatly knew it isn't your blog. But others may not.
This is disgusting rubbish being deployed by a group of people who must feel their backs are against the wall.

I have just had to upload my driving license to Google as ID.
It appears that they take this kind of thing extremely seriously.
I have spoke to my local police and they have given me the name and number to ring tomorrow.
I hope Bren realises that she has gone too far allowing this kind of thing to remain on blog.
You are right Mod, this is the kind of thing that desperate people do when they feel their backs are against the wall and they are losing the argument.
The mentality of these people is alarming. This is getting beyond ridiculous, you would think that Bren was in enough trouble.

I also note that perverted creature big_l has surfaced again, he has probably taken some time off from "pumping children's cartoon avatars!"
I have also reported that similar named blog to Google, as I wasnt aware that it had already been reported.
I did it on the grounds that the content breaks the terms and conditions of Google. The content is illegal as it targets a protected group.
So it looks as though Google has more than one reason to take action against whoever it was that created that blog.
