Disgraced Former Detective's New Jaguar Seized

Goncalo Amaral the former police inspector who first led the hunt for missing child Madeleine McCann, has had his brand new £70.000 Jaguar motor car seized. This action follows in a line of similar actions against the former detective, who has also been convicted of lying and perjury and concealing evidence of the torture of Leonor Cipriano. Amaral is currently serving an 18 month suspended prison sentence. Yesterday it was also revealed that the appeals that have been lodged to increase his sentence and commute it to an actual term to be served in prison is being held up because the 8 jurors from his trial, are currently owed fees. In Portugal no further trials can go ahead until the jurors are paid. Goncalo Amaral and Paulo Cristovao and three other ex PJ inspectors, elected trial by jury, it is not clear if it is they that have to pay the jurors and this is why proceedings are being held up.

The book "Maddie- the truth of lies" was launched in July 2008 and, until the end of September, has 12 editions - in other words - 120 thousand books. However, in September, also, by Court decision, the book´s sales had already been banned. Gonçalo Amaral retired from PJ in July last year, after 26 years of service. At the time, he said he went out to have "full freedom of expression", after having been sacked, months before the investigation of the disappearance of the British child, due to statements made to the media. Currently, Amaral receives a pension for early retirement of 2039 euros. The inquiry was shelved in July 2008, without being cleared any responsability of the parents of the British child of three years old who disappeared at May three of 2007, at Praia da Luz. It is clear that Goncalo Amaral is heavily in debt and has been for some years, questions need to be asked and answered.

By his wife Sofia's own admissions Amaral was not on a very high salary, so how were they allowed to commit themselves to such high risk enormous financial ventures?

Exactly how much capital have they had at their disposal and where has it all come from?

Amaral saw his good friend Paulo Cristovao (who also stood trial and is also currently standing trial at present in Portugal) make money out of missing Joana Cipriano, by writing a book about the child and the investigation. (Currently Leonor Cipriano's conviction for the murder of her daughter, is the subject of an appeal which cannot be heard until the jurors are paid for attending the trial that proved she was tortured.) Leonor Cipriano's conviction is looking to be one of Portugal's biggest miscarriages of justice!

Against all logical reasoning Goncalo Amaral made Kate and Gerry McCann arguidos. He made them suspects on the back of so-called sniffer dog "evidence", that never existed and could not ever be corroborated, during a farcical operation and not even making the apartment where Madeleine was abducted from a crime scene until some THREE MONTHS AFTER she was taken.

Goncalo Amaral should be arrested and questioned over his total failure in conducting the abysmal investigation into Madeleine's disappearance. Amaral made every single mistake there was to make, mistakes, you would not even expect a rookie detective to make, question is why and is it feasible that a detective said to have all of the experience of Amaral would make all these mistakes? If I were a cynic, I would think these mistakes that destroyed the Madeleine McCann investigation were made on purpose, to purposefully thwart that investigation so Madeleine could not be found.

Is it plausible to even start to think that Madeleine McCann was stolen to order, for an illegal adoption by people living in and around Praia da Luz? And that some in authority knew she was going to be abducted and that those people have done nothing but obstruct the investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine, right from the word go?

Perhaps Madeleine was abducted in order for some to operate a money making scam, only it certainly wasn't her poor long suffering parents.

There is something very deep and sinister at work here and it is becoming clearer with each passing day, that the McCanns have suffered horrifically and their daughter abducted probably to order.

I think it is time for the Madeleine investigation to be reopened, but NOT conducted by the Portuguese, I think it is time for Interpol to become involved, this is as serious as it gets, and it is now patently obvious that Portugal is incapable of holding an investigation free from corruption!

The Amarals, So Much In Love?

If you believe recent reports, you would be forgiven for thinking that the disgraced former policia judiciaria detective, Goncalo Amaral, is enjoying a second honeymoon with his 2nd wife, Sofia Leal-Amaral. They stage photo-shoots holding each others hands and posed arms entwined trying to give the impression of being so much in love.

The Amarals, holding hands emulating Kate and Gerry McCann, but one suspects if the Amarals were to suffer only one fraction of trials that have beset Kate and Gerry, their relationship would fall apart at the seams. The Amarals seem to me to have a sham of a marriage, one held together by a bank account and not the love mutual respect that has kept the McCanns relationship strong, during their most horrific of times and darkest of days since their beloved and much adored eldest daughter Madeleine, was abducted from her bed whilst on a family holiday in Praia da Luz in May 3rd 2007.

In May 2009, Goncalo Amaral was convicted of withholding evidence of the torture of Leonor Cipriano, the mother of another missing child, Joana Cipriano. Amaral was tried and convicted of lying and perjury and received an 18 month suspended prison sentence, a sentence that caused eyebrows to raise across the world because of its leniency, a sentence that Leonor Cipriano's lawyer, Dr Marcos Arageo Correia, has appealed to have increased and converted to an actual prison sentence.

Goncalo Amaral is also facing another trial for the torture of the partner of Leonor Cipriano, Leandro Silva, in fact, Goncalo Amaral has several trials looming on his horizon, not least a civil trial for his defamation of character of Kate and Gerry McCann, where he is going to be sued for £1.2 million. Amaral has amassed a fortune using the name of abducted child, Madeleine McCann, his get rich quick schemes include writing two books one which has had an injunction slapped upon it by a Portuguese judge, this does not bode well for his defamation trial, which he is tipped to lose, other schemes include him writing for a column for the Portuguese newspapers Correo da Manha and 24 Horas, these two newspapers always give Amaral favourable coverage, the truth being a number one casualty. For some in Portugal, Goncalo Amaral is viewed like some kind of avenging angel, fighting a lone battle for the truth and justice for Madeleine, however, when Amaral was actually in charge of the investigation, he made every mistake there was to make and instead of looking for and searching for the truth for Madeleine, Amaral looked for 3 hour 10 minute booze fuelled lunch breaks instead. On the day the Madeleine investigation entered its 150th day, the man in charge, cut a slovenly figure as he was pictured and timed leaving his office and strolling up to the Carvi fish restaurant, this meant on that particular Friday, with Madeline still missing and over 250 leads waiting to be investigated properly, instead he dined at the Carvi with an ex Formula 1 Portuguese racing driver and was overheard being totally unprofessional boasting about the case and talking loudly, proclaiming that the police case was that Madeleine was dead and her parents killed her. On that day 30th September 2007 @ 1.17pm: Goncalo Amaral casually strolled out of the police building and takes a leisurely walk to the Carvi restaurant with his boss Guilhermino Encarnacao - dubbed Inspector Clueless - who is making a rare visit to the investigation. Meanwhile on another Friday in September 2007 Amaral was seen at 10am, as he sat slurping coffee and cakes at the Kalahary cafe in Portimao again with his boss, Chief Inspector Guillermino Encarnacao. With an ever increasing amount of leads coming into the investigation, the men leading it had time to waste on 3 hour lunch breaks, later when the official files on the case were released, it was discovered that hundreds of what could have been vital leads were lost or not followed up, that e-fits of suspects were taken from eye witnesses and yet never shown to the public, it was revealed how farcical the whole investigation had been run. Especially when you learn that Amaral did not make the apartment Madeleine was abducted from a crime scene until some THREE MONTHS LATER, if this wasn't bad enough, Amaral had also allowed the apartment to be let out to other holiday makers in the meantime thus compromising and destroying any forensic DNA evidence that the abductors may have left behind!

Apparently Amaral can now be seen regularly frequenting the bars near where he lives, in fact in one of those bars, it has been reported that his wife, Sofia Leal, on learning of her husband's affair with a beautiful young 35 year old woman (name withheld), after smelling perfume on him becoming suspicious because he was staying out until the early hours and sometimes all night, took his expensive new designer suits, shirts and shoes and through them through the door of a restaurant accompanied with a note telling everyone just what a pig her husband was and what he had been up to. Not content with embarrassing the disgraced former detective in public, Sofia decided to go one step further and began an extra marital affair with the woman's husband who had, had an affair with her own husband, apparently taking him back to her marital home!

Later the two couples paths apparently crossed at a bar and a scuffle between the two men was reported and threats made and they were asked to leave the restaurant.

This took place just last summer in June 2009, at the time the Amarals were swanning around the place posing for photographs and holding hands and trying to appear so much in love!

The woman who had an affair with Amaral, broke it off and became reunited with her husband, but allegedly, their nightmare has not ended there. Goncalo Amaral was enraged and could not accept the end of the affair and much friction has resulted between the two couples as a result.
The couple have become paralysed with fear after receiving threats and phone calls, all they want is for this apparent intimidation to stop and to be allowed to get on with their lives and raise their baby daughter.

The woman and her husband (names withheld) has reported Goncalo Amaral to the Attorney General of the Republic Dr. Pinto Monteiro, on two separate occasions and have begged for his help and protection as they feel their lives are in danger. They also speak of threats from a "person" that drugs will be planted on them as evidence and they will both be convicted and face going to prison for a very long time, the husband has been threatened with by someone that has allegedly said that he can "give him a kicking" and have him shot "without getting his hands dirty".

The beleaguered couple have taken the step of writing to the Portuguese attorney general directly because they feel that if anything happens to them, at least investigators will know where to start looking for clues.

The woman who had an affair with Goncalo Amaral is very contrite and has admitted to the attorney general, that she had made a terrible mistake and was very wrong to have an affair, but said that she was seduced by the charm of Amaral's smooth talking, the same tone he uses when he appears on TV talking about the Madeleine investigation. She has said, that she has since seen and come to know a completely different side to disgraced former PJ detective, who is currently serving an 18 month suspended prison sentence for lying and perjury etc.

The couple have also had a complaint to the Public Prosecutor Faro filed on their behalf for the crimes that have allegedly been committed by Mr. Gonçalo de Sousa Amaral against them.

The woman's husband claims that he has been pushed in the street and taunted over the telephone that his little daughter is not really his daughter.
Sadly the woman reports that her daughter cries now for everything and anything as is picking up on her parents feelings of insecurity and they say they live in fear in their own home and everywhere. The couple also claim to have a video recorded on a phone where you can see the altercation between Mr. Gonçalo Amaral and her husband in a bar in Lagos.

Reports appeared in a newspaper who Amaral writes a column for, the Correo De Manha about an alleged incident at a huge 50th birthday bash for Goncalo Amaral. It was alleged that the couple and their friend arrived and started causing trouble, etc, however the couple tell a different story.

"Last night I, my husband **** ****** and our Advocate ** ***** ***** ******* went out for dinner in a restaurant in Portimao. When we asked ******* to lead us to my mother's house, to go get our daughter was in her care, as we passed by the riverside area of Portimão, we saw fireworks with the Club Naval de Portimão, and decided to stop to see, with my husband and I left the car for a cigarette fumarmos since ********* is not smoking and remained in his car, and we beside the vehicle, leaning next to a public parking area.

Herein we saw a crowd at the entrance of the restaurant "retreat of broiled fish, and what was our astonishment to see Mr. Gonçalo Amaral de Sousa to look us in the midst of them, with the same Mr Gonçalo made a sign with out to others, pointing in our direction, and these people, about four, they headed immediately for us to threaten us with great aggressiveness to immediately abandon that area of the street. We emphasize that we were on the street in full public place, on the opposite side of that restaurant. In this, individuals begin to push us hard, abusing us and beating us, and as a ******* takes a hand to the back of his pants, saying while it does not go out there gave us a shot. In this one ******** tries to start on our ****** in the car, pulling him out of the window to attack him. When we see our powerlessness and violence, we went immediately in the car of our ********, and one that ***** still managed to give a strong punch on my husband.

We went immediately to the police station in Portimão's Public Security Police where he asked to be identified the perpetrators of harm, as Mr. Gonçalo Amaral, the instigator of the crimes, we were already well known! Three agents of PSP followed my husband and our advocate to the site, and I, for fear, remained in the Police station. At the site, individuals and ******** ********, and yet another person that is not known to us, had already fled, only to be possible to identify *****. However, even ahead of the PSP, other individuals, perhaps in excess of ten, accompanied Mr. Gonçalo Amaral towards our ******** ** ****** , with Mr Gonçalo Amaral aggressively threatening him just front of his face, pointing his finger, and shouting to him "you have no shame."

We have presented immediately after each of the three of us, and yet last night, holding criminal proceedings against Mr. Gonçalo Amaral de Sousa and his henchmen, having been our complaints registered on the PSP with the numbers:

However, during the day, Mr. Gonçalo Amaral called several times for my phone and to my husband, from an unidentified number on the display of our devices, but which can be identified by the judiciary, threaten us without shame that we would make the sheet."

Sofia Leal Amaral, has described her husband in a Sunday paper in the UK as a calm loving father who worried about his daughters having accidents in the playground at school, yet bizarrely, this worry about accidents did not stop Goncalo Amaral from sharing a bottle of wine with a friend at the Carvi restaraunt and driving his police car with his daughter inside, off somewhere.

It is hard to reconcile this Goncalo with the Goncalo that she (Sofia Amaral) reported to the Portimao police for failing to hand her daughter over at Christmas 2008, as prearranged and when she went to collect her daughter from her husband, he threatened her with death and again driving his police car after drinking alcohol, she has claimed.

Sofia Leal Amaral also stated to the paper that they live on a reduced income, approximately a third of what Amaral used to receive as a serving police detective.

What she doesn't mention is the huge wealth the couple have amassed, through TV and radio interviews, books, films, TV documentaries and charging for interviews.
Sky news reported that they had been appraoched by Goncalo Amaral's agent, who told them that he was available for interview, but it would cost £80.000, Sky News apparently declined the offer.

Gone now are the scruffy sloppy clothes, which Mrs Amaral once described as "Hugo Boss suits" they are now replaced with expensive designer gear, which can be argued were purchased for him by abducted Madeleine McCann.
The Amarals also drive around in a brand new Jaguar which a top of the range model could cost them anything up to £70.000. Also another show of their wealth is the big birthday party they held to celebrate Goncalo Amaral's 50th birthday, where many euros were spent on foreworks, which literally went up in smoke, which could be argued would have kept a normal Portuguese family for quite a few months!

It has also been alleged that the the house the Amarals live in and all of his personal wealth has been put in the name of his wife, if true, this may of course affect any settlement Kate and Gerry McCann may be awarded in their libel trial against Goncalo Amaral.

How Alarmed Should We be At Brenda Ryan's Opening Post On Her New Forum?

Brenda Ryan opens a new forum, so what? You may ask and normally, this would be my response, but having read her opening post, I must admit to it setting off a cacophony of alarm bells in my head - judge for yourselves.

One thing that keeps amazing me with Kate and Gerry is their continuation with the abduction scenario. Well let’s look at the abduction scenario deeply, like many of us have done over the last two and a half years. Your inconsistencies, your discrepancies Kate and Gerry, your abduction theory is therefore probably implaussible. Even Donal MacIntyre says that it had to be done in under 180 -240 seconds. Yes seems a big number doesn’t it, but that is only 4 minutes max.

I tell you what let us all try, lay something on our settees 90cm in length and the weight of a child at that age, then proceed outside. Once we have done that we then have to search another room to make sure the children were not sleeping in there, go to the window, open it up, then go back and pick up the child, climb through the window (remembering not to leave any DNA Trace) and then get to the top of the road for someone to spot us.

To snatch a child off the street yes it is plausible, drive up, get out snatch the child and then drive off. But to do this in an apartment and in the way that they declare is just not plausible, in my honest opinion.

But whether there were jemmied shutters or not, whether they had an accomplice is not relevant, what is relevant is your actions with regards to an abduction possibly by a unknown paedophile.

Do you honestly think he is treating your daughter like a princess? Do you think he is being nice to her? Because what he is doing to her is too intolerable to think about. That poor child is being violated in such ways that even animals do not treat each other like it. Your daughter is being used as an object for someone’s sexual gratification. She is probably traumatised and probably in pain, so how do you think she feels, if the so called abductor is showing pictures of you globetrotting, smiling and laughing? Do you not think he is probably telling her that he loves her now and that you look so happy without her?

So Kate and Gerry, you say she has been abducted, then we will go with that the day you and your friends return to Portugal for a reconstruction, you Kate answer the questions and you both demand to know why the case is shelved in Portugal and demand that it be re-opened. But up until that time we will continue to doubt you, because many of us are parents just like you, and we know damn well that we would never act like you are acting.

All the money in the world will not bring your daughter back. It has been proven with the £2.6 million reward. Nobody came up to claim it, nobody gave you any information in order to claim the reward. And why do you think that is? Because there's probably no information about an abduction to be given. Of course continue in your fruitless search. The search you are doing away from Praia Da Luz, you remember that place don’t you? Well just incase you have forgotten, it is the area where your Detectives say that she could be being held. One more thing, during your recent trip to Portugal Kate who stopped you banging on all the doors in and around Praia Da Luz in hope of finding your daughter? Because I know I would have been banging on doors if detectives had told me she could be within 10 miles of Praia Da Luz.

So instead of threatening to sue us, threatening this that and the other, why not show us that you really are innocent and just do a few simple things. After all, if you are innocent, would it not be best to clear your names once and for all and then your doubters might even start thinking that she could have been abducted. Then the search can commence. But until you go back to Praia Da Luz, knock on the door of Portimao Police Station and answer the questions, do the reconstruction, get rid of your libel lawyers and henchmen, there will be people like myself that do not believe a word that comes out of your mouths.

You both failed miserably that night as parents, by leaving her alone with her younger brother and sister, now is the time to make amends and put things right. Don’t do it for your sakes, do it for Madeleine, because she is the victim in all of this, not you. And remember there could have been two more victims in this, if you are to be believed and that is the twins. What stopped an abductor taking them?"

This post is alarming, it is spiteful, nasty, vile and unpleasant and well, it is also just plain thick and unnecessarily erudite. Much like the poster herself. Ryan's comments are also very revealing!

To be honest I have never paid much attention to the gossip sweeping the net about Brenda Ryan's former occupation, I am not that bothered by people who make a living out of the oldest profession in the world, but then I discover that Ryan's partner has been in trouble for paying underage girls for sex and that taken in context with Ryan's post is alarming to say the very least, and perhaps it is the police that need to look closely at her comments?

Brenda Ryan begins her comments with an opening salvo of being amazed that the McCanns have kept up the "scenario" as Ryan puts it, of course it doesn't seem to have resonated with Ryan that they have kept this up because Madeleine was abducted, and they are never going to rest and never going to give up looking for their daughter until they find her. In fact, the McCanns are actually displaying typical and classical behaviour, Madeleine is their daughter and she was abducted, what would you expect them to do, come home from holiday and just say "oh well, never mind" and just get on with their lives minus their eldest child? No of course not, God forbid this ever happened to any of us, but we would do exactly the same as them and they are doing what they promised to do "leave no stone unturned".

Not good enough for the alleged ex prostitute Brenda Ryan, she now wants us all to look at the abduction scenario "deeply", so deeply, if you cut her own opinions which she shoves down the readers throats, her examination of the "abduction scenario deeply" last for approximately nine lines! Hmm yes. The rest if her comments are her ordering the McCanns about.

She also quotes Donal McIntyre's version of the timelines as if they are gospel, really it would be funny if the overall impression of Ryan's comments were not sick, dark and vile.

Ryan arrogantly orders the McCanns to "get yourselfs back to PDL", who the hell does this woman think she is? Obviously she thinks she knows more the Portuguese judiciary and attorney general. She warbles on about them answering the questions, the fact that they had their Portuguese lawyers present advising them not to answer the questions goes completely over her thick head.
The fact that the questions were never devised to discover where Madeleine may be and who took her, they were specifically devised to try and entrap Kate McCann, also goes completely over her head. However, I don't want to talk about this, it has all been said so many times before and Ryan knows it.

Ryan talks at the reader, shoves her own opinions down the readers throats and displays an alarming level of cruelty mixed with plain ignorance and arrogance, this much is plain, but there is also something far more sinister at work in her comments, something vile, sick and twisted and depraved.

I want to ask what kind of "woman" can write something as sick as the following taken from Ryan's post;

What kind of woman can even think about writing something so vicious, vile and sick as the above? She has addressed this to two people whose daughter has been abducted and she is taunting them with what could be happening to their child, only Ryan writes it like it is actually happening! Read it and ask yourself what kind of woman would write something like this? A paedophile perhaps?

On Monday, Tony Bennett, a lawyer representing the parents of Stuart Lubbock, who died at Barrymore's Essex home in 2001, turned up at the Celebrity Big Brother studios, and attempted to serve legal papers on the troubled entertainer.
Now it emerges that Bennett, who has quickly become Barrymore's bête noire, is himself in possession of a - shall we say? - "colourful" past, on the fringes of right-wing politics.
A few years back, when he was known as plain Anthony Bennett, the retired solicitor made unflattering headlines when was sacked by the UK Independence Party after publishing a pamphlet that described the prophet Mohamed as a paedophile.
He swiftly decamped to Robert Kilroy-Silk's Veritas party, where he briefly became leader. However that also ended in tears, after The Guardian published a front-page exclusive detailing his close links with Ian Anderson, a former chairman of the National Front.
How such a chap ended up taking on Barrymore is anyone's guess. But yesterday, the man himself insisted that politics were irrelevant to the legal proceedings.
"It would be amazing if anyone brought that up," he said. "The Guardian piece was very unfair. The so-called link was tentative. My career shows that I am in no way a racist."

Below is my response to an article that Tony Bennett has placed on his website attacking a member of the J4 forum. I am not holding my breath that he will publish it, so I will do it myself.

It appears that Mr Bennett, is only big and brave when he attacks others, who he thinks are vulnerable and cannot fight back, such as Mr Mrs McCann, the parents of abducted Madeleine McCann.

Obviously, when Bennett gets it back he just cannot take it and veers around shooting at anything and everyone, who he thinks disagrees with him.

What Bennett fails to understand (perhaps one of his friends should actually tell him), is that everything that is being done to him, is being done legally and using the laws of the United Kingdom. (Unlike writing libellous books and dropping libellous leaflets into people's letter boxes in a furtherence of a "Hate Campaign")

none of them are in ‘fact’ substantiated, this is the only ‘fact’ that can lay
claim to be a ‘fact’ about you and your works.You started this campaign up about

was actually in another paper.

You and Butler through this website that you have
set up in the name of a child you have never met, have orchestrated a ‘Hate
Campaign’, which you have pursued electronically and in real life.

There have been leaflet distributions in
Northampton, Oxford etc.

On Friday 14th August 2009. Debbie Butler;
Grenville Green and Helene Davies-Green, took your scurrilous campaign right
into the heart of the McCanns home village and directly into the street where
the McCanns have their home with their little 4 year old twins.

You pushed your vile leaflets through the letter boxes
of all the McCanns neighbours, in the attempt to make the McCanns lives as
unpleasant and as unbearable as possible.
And lets us remind you here Mr
Bennett, you did this to two totally innocent people, who have never been
charged with any wrongdoing in their lives (unlike you Bennett who have been
arrested and charged with theft).
Not only did Butler and the greens do this
to the McCanns, they did not care a damn that it would ultimately affect the
lives of the twins. No thought went to if we upset the parents then we upset the
twins.
In fact forget the people you have accused Mr Bennett, there is
evidence of what you have been doing to the McCanns all over the internet. I
would think that you should concentrate on the trouble that this will bring you
all, rather than start another campaign of hatred up against other people who do

This week you have named the parliamentary Under
Secretary for State Alan Campbell and Iswich MP Chris Mole on your Foundation
website as somehow being complicit in some hate campaign against this
foundation.

re: Fitness to Practise: Dr Gerald McCann and Dr Kate McCann (formerly Dr Kate Healy)

I write to bring to your attention a report about the above couple, both doctors, published in the Sunday People yesterday.Dr Gerald McCann and Dr Kate McCann are the parents of Madeleine McCann, who was reported missing by her mother at around 10.00pm on Thursday 3 May 2007. The circumstances of her disappearance remain mysterious and as yet unsolved. They were made official suspects of involvement in their daughter’s disappearance in September 2007, a status that lasted until July 2008 when the Portuguese judicial authorities concluded that at that time there was insufficient evidence to charge them or anyone else with a crime against Madeleine.Yesterday, the Sunday People published an article based on what they said was a 34-page libel writ served in Portugal against Goncalo Amaral. The McCanns and their advisers have already announced in the press that they intended to sue Mr Amaral for libel. Mr Amaral was the senior investigating officer in the case until he was removed from the investigation in controversial circumstances in October 2007. A month earlier, he was the man responsible for declaring the McCanns to be official suspects in their daughter’s disappearance.The Sunday People says it has translated the libel writ from the Portuguese. The McCanns are claiming damages of £1 million from Mr Amaral. I wish to bring to your attention the medical and psychological condition of these two doctors, one of whom continues to practise, and both of whom we understand to be on the GMC Register.The writ says of Dr Kate McCann that she is ‘deeply and seriously depressed”. The writ goes on to describe both of the McCanns as suffering from:
permanent anxiety
insomnia
lack of appetite
irritability indefinable fear In the writ, according to the Sunday People, the McCanns further describe both of themselves as:
“totally destroyed”
“irreparably damaged”, and “totally destroyed from a moral, social, ethical, emotional and family point of view”The question that arises is whether either of these doctors is fit to practise or indeed to remain on the GMC Register, at least until these serious psychological problems, suggestive of mental illness, subside. We suggest that the appropriate committee of the GMC should consider (a) suspending them from the GMC until a psychiatrist deems that they have recovered from the above symptoms and (b) providing them with the expert psychiatric help and counselling that anyone exhibiting such severe symptoms should receive from the N.H.S. Presumably if the McCanns are exhibiting these symptoms there are reports available from their G.P. or a psychiatric specialist confirming those symptoms.The other possibility of course, is that the McCanns are grossly exaggerating the extent of their depression or even lying about it, in order to make as much money as possible from Mr Amaral. If that were the case, there would definitely be a whole series of other questions about their fitness to remain in practice and remain on the GMC Register. Many videos and still images exist of the McCanns laughing and joking and appearing to be anything but severely depressed. That would suggest at least the possibility that they have deliberately exaggerated their sadness at and reaction to the loss of Madeleine in order to make as much money as possible from their proposed libel action.Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to enclose a complimentary copy of a book written by Tony Bennett, titled: “What Really Happened to Madeleine McCann? - 60 reasons which suggest she was not abducted”. The book suggests that the McCanns’ claim that Madeleine was abducted runs counter to a mass of evidence. Its conclusion is precisely the same as that of Mr Amaral, whose book: ‘A XXXXXX XX XXXXXX’, (“The Truth About A Lie”), explains that the evidence suggests that Madeleine McCann died in her parents’ apartment and that her body was subsequently hidden or otherwise disposed of. I should add at this point that a great many British people would categorically refuse to be treated by either of the McCanns because of what they have seen of them on TV, or read about them in newspaper articles, or in Mr Bennett’s booklet. For them, the issue is trust. They do not feel that they can trust the McCanns.It is vital for both the medical profession and for the patient that patients have complete trust that their doctors are trustworthy. A clear example among many of why the McCanns cannot be trusted is that initially they claimed that an abductor had jemmied open the shutters to their apartment to gain entrance. Only when this was exposed as patently untrue did they then change their story, now claiming that the abductor must have entered by an open patio door and escaped with Madeleine out of a small window. These are matters we know have been brought to your attention by many others apart from us. We trust that you will take appropriate action with regard to the McCanns and their fitness to practise, taking account the contents of this letter and all the other evidence about their fitness to practice which is available to you.Finally, I understand that there may be a form on which official complaints should be submitted. If such a form exists, please could you send me two copies of such a form, one for each doctor.

re: Fitness to Practise: Dr Gerald McCann and Dr Kate McCann (formerly Dr Kate Healy)I write to bring to your attention a report about the above couple, both doctors, published in the Sunday People yesterday.Dr Gerald McCann and Dr Kate McCann are the parents of Madeleine McCann, who was reported missing by her mother at around 10.00pm on Thursday 3 May 2007. The circumstances of her disappearance remain mysterious and as yet unsolved. They were made official suspects of involvement in their daughter’s disappearance in September 2007, a status that lasted until July 2008 when the Portuguese judicial authorities concluded that at that time there was insufficient evidence to charge them or anyone else with a crime against Madeleine.Yesterday, the Sunday People published an article based on what they said was a 34-page libel writ served in Portugal against Goncalo Amaral. The McCanns and their advisers have already announced in the press that they intended to sue Mr Amaral for libel. Mr Amaral was the senior investigating officer in the case until he was removed from the investigation in controversial circumstances in October 2007. A month earlier, he was the man responsible for declaring the McCanns to be official suspects in their daughter’s disappearance.The Sunday People says it has translated the libel writ from the Portuguese. The McCanns are claiming damages of £1 million from Mr Amaral. I wish to bring to your attention the medical and psychological condition of these two doctors, one of whom continues to practise, and both of whom we understand to be on the GMC Register.The writ says of Dr Kate McCann that she is ‘deeply and seriously depressed”. The writ goes on to describe both of the McCanns as suffering from:

permanent anxiety
insomnia
lack of appetite
irritability indefinable fear In the writ, according to the Sunday People, the McCanns further describe both of themselves as:
“totally destroyed”
“irreparably damaged”, and “totally destroyed from a moral, social, ethical, emotional and family point of view”

The question that arises is whether either of these doctors is fit to practise or indeed to remain on the GMC Register, at least until these serious psychological problems, suggestive of mental illness, subside. We suggest that the appropriate committee of the GMC should consider (a) suspending them from the GMC until a psychiatrist deems that they have recovered from the above symptoms and (b) providing them with the expert psychiatric help and counselling that anyone exhibiting such severe symptoms should receive from the N.H.S. Presumably if the McCanns are exhibiting these symptoms there are reports available from their G.P. or a psychiatric specialist confirming those symptoms.The other possibility of course, is that the McCanns are grossly exaggerating the extent of their depression or even lying about it, in order to make as much money as possible from Mr Amaral. If that were the case, there would definitely be a whole series of other questions about their fitness to remain in practice and remain on the GMC Register. Many videos and still images exist of the McCanns laughing and joking and appearing to be anything but severely depressed. That would suggest at least the possibility that they have deliberately exaggerated their sadness at and reaction to the loss of Madeleine in order to make as much money as possible from their proposed libel action.Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to enclose a complimentary copy of a book written by Tony Bennett, titled: “What Really Happened to Madeleine McCann? - 60 reasons which suggest she was not abducted”. The book suggests that the McCanns’ claim that Madeleine was abducted runs counter to a mass of evidence. Its conclusion is precisely the same as that of Mr Amaral, whose book: ‘A XXXXXX XX XXXXXX’, (“The Truth About A Lie”), explains that the evidence suggests that Madeleine McCann died in her parents’ apartment and that her body was subsequently hidden or otherwise disposed of. I should add at this point that a great many British people would categorically refuse to be treated by either of the McCanns because of what they have seen of them on TV, or read about them in newspaper articles, or in Mr Bennett’s booklet. For them, the issue is trust. They do not feel that they can trust the McCanns.It is vital for both the medical profession and for the patient that patients have complete trust that their doctors are trustworthy. A clear example among many of why the McCanns cannot be trusted is that initially they claimed that an abductor had jemmied open the shutters to their apartment to gain entrance. Only when this was exposed as patently untrue did they then change their story, now claiming that the abductor must have entered by an open patio door and escaped with Madeleine out of a small window. These are matters we know have been brought to your attention by many others apart from us. We trust that you will take appropriate action with regard to the McCanns and their fitness to practise, taking account the contents of this letter and all the other evidence about their fitness to practice which is available to you.

Finally, I understand that there may be a form on which official complaints should be submitted. If such a form exists, please could you send me two copies of such a form, one for each doctor.

A witness has come forward to give the investigators currently searching for Madeleine McCann new information about a suspicious incident that took place in Barcelona in the early hours of May 7th 2007 - just over 72 hours after Madeleine was abducted whilst on holiday in Praia da Luz in Portugal.

The 41-year-old British witness was attending a party with a group of other men in the area of the Port Olimpic Marina in Barcelona. It is a busy location that is popular with both tourists and local people. The group had been visiting a number of bars and restaurants in the marina area on the evening of the May 6th 2007 and into the early hours of May 7th 2007.

At around 2.00am on May 7th, the witness became aware of a well-dressed woman, who he describes as appearing agitated. She was seen in the area of the El Rey De La Gamba restaurant-bar for some ten minutes, walking up and down.

The witness got up and walked towards the woman and had a short conversation with her. This conversation was potentially significant to the investigation. However, for strict operational reasons, the investigators will not be divulging any details of what was said to the witness.

It is as a result of this conversation that the investigators now want to trace the woman, who they believe to be possibly Australian.

Following the conversation the woman sat down in another nearby bar. A further person from the same party group also saw her there. At this bar the woman had a heated discussion with someone in what seemed to be fluent Spanish.
The woman was last seen walking away in the direction of a local hospital and the more distant ferry and cruise ship terminals.
The woman is described by the principal witness as follows:
White
Aged 30 to 35 years
Slim build
Short brown hair
Approximately 5"2 tall
Wearing expensive looking blue jeans and a jersey top, possibly pastel colour
Her build equated to a size 10 dress size.
The witness described her as "a bit of a Victoria Beckham look-a-like". She spoke English with what the witness has described as "possibly an Australian" accent. The investigators now hope the international media, in particular Australian and Spanish broadcasters, will help to distribute the attached e-fit of the woman, which has been prepared by a police artist, as widely as possible.
The British witness does not wish to be identified publicly. The investigators have already conducted some preliminary inquiries in the vicinity of the Port Olimpic Marina and are continuing to liaise with relevant police forces where necessary.

The entry about Mr Bennett on Wikipedia is none too flattering either, Anthony John Stuart Bennett (commonly known as Tony Bennett) is described as an "English politician, campaigner and prominent white supremacist. He was a member of the British political party Veritas and was listed on the database of the Electoral Commission as official leader for three days, before the real leader was revealed as Robert Kilroy-Silk. He has also had political affiliations with ex-National Front leader Ian Anderson.

Apparently Bennett has also been an in-patient on a psychiatric wing.

For the past 16 months Bennett has jumped on the high profile case of abducted child, Madeleine McCann and he has been hounding and stalking the child's parents. When Dr Gerry McCann appeared at a Commons Select Committee to talk about the media coverage of his daughter, Tony Bennett can be seen sitting directly behind him. Bennett has also appeared at other places the McCanns have been and he has also tried to bring unsuccessful court actions against them.

Bennett has also been responsible for writing a booklet, which was poorly researched and jammed full of errors, half truths, lies and innuendos, this booklet was based on the book written by disgraced former Portuguese police chief Goncalo Amaral, who is himself being sued for defamation and slander.

Lately along with his sidekick, a person of dubious intellect, (in other words thick) Debbie Butler, they have increased their hate campaign against Mr Mrs McCann, and have been writing a string of bizarre letters to the Leicestershire Police, Leicestershie Social services and the General Medical Council and the prime minister Gordon Brown.

In one such letter to the GMC which Debbie Butler wrote as chair of the Madeleine Foundation, (the foundation which Bennett is the registered founder) they asked for the removal of Mr Mrs McCann from the register on the grounds of something that was written in a red top Sunday tabloid newspaper! If this was not bad enough, unfortunately the cerebrally challenged Debbie Butler, quoted the wrong newspaper and so the letter went off to the GMC containing a fatal error!

Bennett and his intellectually challenged followers believe that Mr Mrs McCann killed their daughter in apartment 5a while on holiday and they base this on a book full of lies and two dogs who cannot speak and on DNA evidence which simply does not exist!

Hopefully, this will be the last campaign Bennett embarks on, as surely people in authority have to be taking notice of the vexatious way he is in fact hounding and stalking two totally innocent people, at what must undoubtedly be the most terrible time of their lives.

Bennett cannot be allowed to continue in this way, it cannot belong before he is arrested for harassment and stalking and charged with a criminal offense, or arrested and sectioned under sections 2; 3 and 4 of the mental health act.

Whereby Bennett may escape prosecution on the grounds of mental ill health, for the likes of the "intrepid" Debbie (Budha) Butler and others, the only way out for them will probably be criminal charges.

Duarte Levy is a pathological liar and fantasist and has had a love affair with owner of the Joana Morais blog.

In August 2008, the Sunday People newspaper alleged that Levy had demanded £50,000 for supposedly explosive photographs, which Levy claimed implicated Kate and Gerry in their daughter’s disappearance. However, when Levy was asked to reproduce the photographs, the highly explosive 'dynamite' fizzled out more like a damp squib and he failed to produce them. He apparently forgot about them and strangely, he never sued the Sunday People for calling him a liar and a conman, instead he made vague references to treating his colleagues in the press with respect as journalists, even of he himself wasn't treated fairly by them! (yeah right OK) Another strange anomaly, was that the Portuguese police who said they would reopen the case if new evidence emerged, never even bothered to contact Duarte Levy about his apparently 'explosive' new photographic evidence.

Joana Morais has run a blog filled with utter trash, as long as it was against the McCanns, it earned a place on her blog. She was conned by the fat love rat Duarte Levy and even opened up a mobile phone account for him, which she is now much aggrieved because like all good con artists, he didn't pay for it and probably never intended to pay for it.

Like Paulo Reis, Joana Morais was conned by Duarte Levy, and like Paulo Reis, Joana Morais is more concerned with her hurt feelings and the unrequited love for con man Duarte Levy, than she is about how much damage she has caused the McCanns and how much damage she continues to cause them and how much harm she has done to the search for Madeleine McCann.

Portuguese journalist Paulo Reis, who once unequivocally wrote on his blog that the McCanns had nothing to do with the disappearance of their daughter, came across as kind, caring and sensible, but then he had the misfortune to happen upon fantasist Duarte Levy.

He then co-authored writing about the case of Madeleine McCann with fantasist Duarte Levy and along with Duarte Levy has managed to damage the reputation of Mr Mrs McCann on the say so and bizarre claims of Duarte Levy. Paulo Reis has now gone off in a huff, muttering something about his fragile reputation as a journalist being tarnished forever and how he cannot get it back, but he hoped that through blogs and fora, the truth will emerge!

Of course what Paulo Reis is really saying in his confused state on Joana Morais blog is that, he was right in the first instance, the McCanns are totally innocent, the Portuguese police are cruel and insensitive and well just plain thick, and corrupt, and that he fell under the spell of Duarte Levy.

Never mind that Paulo Reis has damaged and cruelly hurt two innocent people, causing them unnecessary pain and suffering, Reis is more bothered about his reputation as a journalist and about being totally stitched up like a kipper by Duarte Levy, than he was about two people he has hurt.

Amaral has written abook that contains nothing but bizarre theories that in turn contradicts his previous theory. He has never been able to produce any proof and his claims in this book are to be challenged by Mr Mrs McCann and their three children; Madeleine, Sean and Amelie. Amaral is being sued for at least £1 million for defamation and slander. The Portuguese attorney general has cleared the McCanns of any involvement in their daughter's disappearance and has also stated that they could not be held negligent as they were not to know the resort they chose in Praia da Luz, Portugal would result in them knowing their eldest daughter was in danger of being abducted. There was never any evidence to make them suspects and so charges could never be brought. There was no evidence and there is still no evidence and despite some people's desperatin to the contrary there has NEVER been a scrap of DNA evidence to suggest the Madeleine was ever injured, let alone met her death in apartment 5a and there was never any DNA evidence found in the boot to suggest that Madeleine had been transported there 25 days after her demise.

Despite this the fat defective insists on stating the contrary, so it is hard to see that any other verdict of guilty to defamation of character and slander being brought against him when he is in court next summer for his alleged offences.

Since Amaral got the sack from the Madeleine investigation and also relieved of his position as police chief in Portimao, he jumped before he was pushed and took early retirement.

Amaral has been keeping himself busy by writing books, giving TV interviews, radio interviews, writing columns in newspapers and giving interviews to the press for which he has been charging hefty fees. Sky News was approached by Amaral's *Publicty Agent* and was told that Amaral was available for interview and it would cost Sky News £80.000.

Amaral also sold the rights of his book to a TV company in order that a documentary be made about Madeleine, for an undesclosed sum said to run into many thousands or euros. It has been reported that Goncalo Amaral is now a millionaire.

All in all Goncalo Amaral has done very nicely out of the abduction of the still missing child Madeleine McCann. His and his family are living the dream of a vastly improved lifestyle and Amaral has taken delivery of a luxury Jaguar motor car. All paid for by the disappearance of one little girl, from his patch.

Madleine disappeared and on thenight she disappeared, Amaral, could not even be bothered to turn up and attend the scene and so the *Golden Hours* after this child was abducted disappeared along with Madeleine and nothing was done.

It is still not clear if Amaral even bothered to attend the scene at all until he either eventually made the apartment a crime scene THREE MONTHS AFTER Madeleine disappeared, or he returned with the TV company he sold the rights of his book to in order to help make the film almost TWO YEARS AFTER Madeleine disappeared.

So Amaral are raking in the money off of the back of an innocent child who he failed to find, he, his wife and children are swanning about in designer clothes (and big sunglasses) living in luxury houses and being chauffered around in luxury limousines, all paid for by Madeleine.

Amaral's supporters on the other hand see every single thing wrong with people donating their own money to the fund to help the McCanns find Madeleine and even though there has been total clarity and official accounts, the 3 argudio numpties, demand clarity of the accounts of the fund and then proceed to discover things that are simply not there, making up falsehoods and spreading disinformation, yet bizarrely they see absolutely nothing wrong with a disgraced former police man, who has been found guilty if lying, perjury withholding evidence and sent to 18 months suspended prison sentence, turning himself into a millionaire by using a child he failed to find, as a cash cow and not only has he done this in the past, he has plans to do so in the future too.

Amaral has recently been accused and charged with torture of another witness (yet again) by the Portuguese prosecutor.
There is also an appeal currently working its way through the courts to have his very lenient sentence he received for the torture of another witness increased and also commuted to be served in a prison instead of suspended.

Dr V*****a S*****g of the University of Liverpool is odd, positively barking weird, or is she? Her views on the McCanns are so vile, obnoxious and illogical, they make no sense. Many of her often mad rants are based on the unfounded supposition and the sad ramblings of DISGRACED former Portuguese detective Goncalo Amaral, recently convicted of perjury and concealing evidence of a torture and ordered by the Portuguese judge in a Portuguese court to do an 18 month suspended prison sentence.
Absolutely shocking for a man who swore to uphold the law in Portugal, yet fundamentally let it down at every twist and turn.

However, returning to the "bad" Doctor V****a S*****g, for someone in her position in such an academic establishment as the University of Liverpool, she has some weird & bizarre online associates. Some would describe them as violent time served criminals, others as sex offenders and pitch forking wannabe stinking sewer rats. Why would she want to taint herself with these dregs of humanity? A sub-human spin off species? Something more here, there has to be, so who knows the truth?

Naturally, reasonable and logical minds would question why such a person as the "bad doctor" has allowed herself to become so entrenched in the utterly bizarre and the blatantly ridiculous and the downright inhuman spite fest? A reasonable and logical person would ask why she has allowed herself to become incriminated and embroiled in such awfulness as the vile and hate filled 3 Arguidos. The site where, "Loonies Are Free To Roam"? The forum where defending a convicted violent predatory paedophile, is viewed as 'the norm' and 'the thing to do', if it serves the purpose of inflicting as much damage on the innocent parents of a missing child, causing them as much immeasurable pain & unnecessary suffering as is possible. Yes defending a predatory violent paedophile such as Raymond Hewlett, convicted of raping children at gun and knife point after overpowering them with paint thinners, is looked upon as acceptable if it achieves these monstrous people's aims. Their one and only purpose for turning up daily on a hate forum seems to be to band together to vilify, pillory and degradation two innocent people, who if are guilty of something they are just guilty of making just one mistake, that many others before them have made in similar circumstances. What makes these sub-humans tick and more, much more, what makes a supposedly educated person like Dr V*****a S*****g and it has to be said lesser mortals like the persona 'ratonthebeam' AKA C******e N****n supposedly of Aberdeen college, want to associate themselves with this appalling exhibition of how low the human being can actually sink? How come the ratonthebeams of this world can have such violent tendencies towards a make believe and totally untrue fabrication of sexual abuse against the good character of the totally innocent Gerry McCann and David Payne, yet welcomes and accepts a *CONVICTED* violent evil predatory paedophile as Raymond Hewlett in their midst and sits minute upon minute, day upon day, agreeing with others in their defence of such an appalling man who has committed unspeakable acts against innocent children, and who is thought to have stabbed 12 times and murdered 11 year old Lesly Molseed after she had been raped?
It is an enigma, so I do wonder what criminologist Dr David Canter would make of the behaviour of Dr V*****a S*****g? And I suppose of ratonthebeam?

I only mention David Canter in respect that he is no less than Professor David Canter, Director of Investigative Psychology at Liverpool University.
A respected man top of his field, and yet another person that believes Madeleine McCann was abducted and has discounted her parents in any blame.

It intrigues me and has me wondering if the professor is aware of a colleague by the name of Dr V*****a S*****g, and the damage she is inflicting upon the name of the University of Liverpool and the harm she is inflicting on the reputations of everyone who works there and attends there? It seems to me that the university is now regarded as synonymous with Dr V*****a S*****g! Not somewhere I would want to associate or have any of my family associate with, not while they people like this in their employ!

Is I wonder, Professor Cantor aware of Dr V*****a S*****g's obnoxious extreme views?
How about her colleagues? They *must* now be aware of this side of the woman's extreme and unpleasant nature.

If you were a colleague of the "bad doctor", how would you feel about having to work alongside of her and maybe having to take orders from her? Trust is as important in the working environment, as it is in our personal relationships.

How do colleagues of Dr V*****a S*****g feel able to trust her? Would they not feel just a little concerned, that while she is smiling in their face, she is stabbing them in the back in order to get what she wants? What happens when all trust has gone?

I find this whole evil debacle so odd, so much so that one wonders if she has become purposefully entrenched in the twilight evil world of the 3 Arguidos and in fact is on a mission of some random insane act of entrapment?

Viewing it objectively, she appears to have wormed her way in and ingratiated herself with the vilest of creatures and opened up dialogue with them. Steadily she seems to have gained the trust of insane and violent criminals, sex offenders and apparently paedophiles too, as well as the person who owns the forum Brenda Ryan AKA Bren.

Val or Van as she is now openly known, now appears to be playing one side off against the other, is this on purpose? Or is she really just bad and plainly mad? It is something that rational, sane and logical people must consider.

Will one day the "bad doctor" simply disappear, leaving those poor saps on the 3 A's more puzzled and bewildered? (If that is possible) Then the very next thing those poor irrational, ill-educated wannabe sheep will be hit right between the eyes with, is their IDs and their names jumping out at them from the pages of some awful publication/paper/book, pointing them out as the actually personification of evil incarnate and the insane degradation of how low some will allow themselves to sink, in order to seek and gain praise from those they see as their peers and whom they strangely revere? So much so to the point of apparently becoming anaethetised to the hideous and horrendous pain they have, and still are inflicting on two completely innocent people and their long suffering family and their friends? Not to mention trying to damage and harm anyone else who tries to stand up and point out that what 'they' (those hideous spite and venom filled "people") in that God forsaken place the 3 Arguidos forum are doing, is just plain insanity and totally and utterly wrong?

It has to be said here, that some people have actually realised and got the hell out of there. These are the people who one could always see did in fact retain their grip on reality and realised what was happening and have tried and are still trying to expose what lays seething beneath the surface of the scabbed over toxic crust of the 3 A's. That when push came to shove they realised they were being asked to be part of something really awful and would be seen as complicit in it, they said enough is enough and walked away. But what of those who are left?

Without a doubt the "retained" members who are a little, shall we say, cerebrally challenged, ie Sharonl (hmmm) Ironside, Laffin, Luz, Clauida79 and Viv etc, all vie to get themselves noticed by Brenda Ryan. (I imagine them as the clueless class of 2007, all sitting there bolt upright sticking their hands in the air, saying; "Bren choose me, please Photon choose me") These people are ripe and undeniably suitable fodder to be 'unknowingly' used and researched and analysed and used as 'Lab Rats'. They and many more are all known for their libellous comments, their irrational sheer and utter hatred and overt jealousy of the McCanns. So irrational, that it is doubtful these people even realise how low they have sunk into the mire of human degradation. However, even these people all have one thing in common, they all suffer delusions of grandeur which is probably manifested by their suppressed feelings of inadequacy and inferiority complexes and this really does make them perfect, albeit unknowing subjects to be used and abused, by the Van's and Val's of this world!

Portuguese Police IGNORE 4 NEW Leads! - Portugal's Disgrace!

It seems that after all that has gone on, after all the mistakes the disgraced former police chief Goncalo Amaral has made and how Amaral alone has managed to heap shame and disgrace on his country resulting in a cataclysmic effect on Portugal's tourist industry, as people are justifiably scared of going there on holiday with their children. The Portuguese police appear not to have learned any lessons at all, they have actually been found to have told people NOT to contact them with any information about missing Madeleine McCann, that she is dead and the case is closed!
The fact that the case is NOT closed, not according to the Portuguese Attorney General anyway, it is shelved and may be opened at any time if any new important leads emerge.

How would this happen if the Portuguese police have adopted this attitude? This means that officers at grass roots level are discarding any information which comes in, so who knows if it is important or not?
It seems that the majority of the Portuguese people are in denial, and being brainwashed into this catatonic state by the police themselves.

Portugal is certainly NOT a democratic country, it is for all intents and purposes very much still a police state, this state of affairs cannot be allowed to continue, the EU now has to act. Portugal cannot be a Member State of the European Union while this kind of thing is allowed to happen, other countries have been DENIED access to the EU for a lot less than what is occurring in Portugal, right now!
There is a level of corruption there that needs to be rooted out and not least because the life of a child is depending on it.

Former police chief Goncalo Amaral was sacked from the Madeleine investigation for lying and making false statements about the British police, he was also dismissed from his post as police chief of Portimao. Last week on Friday 22nd May 2009, Goncalo Amaral was found guilty of perjury and falsifying documents to conceal evidence of torture by his men, who it was proved tortured into confession, the mother of another missing child who's body has never been found.

The police inspectors could not be sentenced as they all refused to speak, remaining silent, so which officers were guilty of the torture could not be established, so none of them could be found guilty and none sentenced, because obviously an innocent person could have been sent to prison.
In most other countries this silence in court would have been accepted as an admission of guilt and all would have been found guilty and all would have been sentenced for torturing a witness in custody under interrogation.

NOT IN PORTUGAL! IN PORTUGAL THE GULTY ARE ALLOWED TO GO FREE!

However, thankful for small mercies, Goncalo Amaral was found guilty of very serious crimes and not upholding the letter of the law he swore to uphold, he was give an 18 month prison sentence, suspended.

Thanks to the dilligence and the untiring efforts of Leonor Cipriano's lawyer 'Dr Marcos Aragao Correia', Goncalo Amaral was convicted of perjury (lying under oath) lying and withholding evidence of a torture of a female witness (Leonor Cipriano) while she was held in custody, she was forced to confess to the murder of her daughter, which she did not commit.

Dr Correia, is s till battling on Leonor's behalf and has lodged an appeal to have her freed from prison, which will be heard in the Porutugese Supreme Court of Justice.

Thanks to Dr Marcos Aragao Correia, hopefully justice will be done and Leonor Cipriano will soon be released from prison.

Portugal needs MORE people prepared to stand up and fight against INJUSTICE and fight for JUSTICE for people who have obviously been wronged and suffered a gross miscarriage of justice like Leonor Cipriano.

Dr Correia, has put his own personal safety on the line by doing this and has opened himself up to accusations, lies and slurs against his character, by no less than Goncalo Amaral!

We as a forum and as a blog, will continue to support Dr Correia as long as he needs us.

Amaral should have gone to prison, but he was let off lightly. This is the state of the justice system and endemic corruption in Portugal and this is why the EU should give Portugal its marching orders!
If the EU does nothing, the EU already accused of corruption, will be viewed as even more corrupted.

It emerges now that in and around Portugal, there have been sex attacks on the children of holiday makers actually inside their holiday apartments, in the month leading up to Madeleine McCann's abduction and two assaults afterwards, equally as serious and telling is that these assaults were combined with burglaries on the properties.

As usual this VITALLY IMPORTANT information had been reported but was NOT acted upon and was buried on purpose in 70.000 pages in the official police files.

Neither was the true extent of just how many KNOWN paedophiles were actually resident in and around Praia da Luz at the time Madeleine was abducted. Not least one particularly British born CONVICTED paedophile, Raymond Hewlett. Apparently all the known paedophiles in the area all but one is British and one predatory paedophile (nationality unspecified) lives just 500 yards from where Madeleine was abducted!

In view of all this information now emerging, why have the Portuguese police kept this secret? Goncalo Amaral cannot be blamed solely for this, some of the blame for this must fall on Paulo Rebelo, who took the investigation over after Amaral was sacked!

Just how deep does this apparent corruption go in Portugal's police?

This while investigation is beyond the realms of names like circus, joke and farce, it has slipped into something much more sinister than this, it is now showing all the signs of corruption and a possibly a paedophile ring operating in and around the Algarve, especially centering on Praia da Luz.

Portugal had NO sex offenders register ate the time Madeleine disappeared and despite all the fiasco since, it still has NO DNA based sex offenders register, Portugal is in effect a have for paedophiles.

What happened to Madeleine?

Could it be that the PJ were so scared if they investigated this properly that a scandal would ensue along the lines of Casa Pia children's home in Portugal?
Could the PJ themselves be complicit in the paedophile ring?

Nothing is clear except for this certainty - Portugal's secrets, the ones their authorities and police have tried so hard to cover up, even to the point of the PJ FALSELY making the McCanns suspects in their daughter's disappearance, are now emerging, and just like I always predicted even as far back as before when I predicted Amaral would be sacked and should be sacked, I also maintained that something deeply sinister in Praia da Luz happened and is still happening, but the truth will come out because it always does and when it does come, it comes like an unstoppable express train.

That express train has just started rolling and it is picking up speed and no matter what Amaral or Rebelo and other insignificants do to try and stop it, they will not. Portugal must now brace itself the worse is yet to come.

All the people who tried to cover this up, will now be feeling very scared and well they should, they have added to the immeasurable pain and suffering of a little girl, her parents and her family and the question is, how many times has this happened in Portugal? And how many times have they got away with it?

I leave you with this, because despite all the dirt and despite everything unpalatable happening to children, there are still some people like those police officers who IGNORED the new leads coming in and those that languish in the stinking cesspit of hate sites, the hate forums that themselves are made up out of paedophiles, perverts and who sell porn in order to stay on the nest, simply to denigrate, accuse the innocent parents of an innocent child and to satisfy their almost perverted needs to have these parents found guilty and thrown into prison for something they clearly did not do, they want this so badly, they do NOT want Madeleine McCann found and they even take the side of a convicted violent foul mouthed paedophile, who's own son has said this about him:
